How I Approach
Product Design.

Translating complex operations into intuitive, scalable software through workflow simplification, token architectures, and shared engineering contracts.

  • Workflow Simplification & Operational UX

Mapping data-heavy user journeys to eliminate navigation sprawl. Converting multi-page sequences into filter-first, single-screen workspaces where operators inspect, compare, and act without losing context.

  • Token-First Design Systems

Establishing 3-tier semantic token architectures (primitive → semantic → component) and component libraries adapted from proven foundations like Material Design 3. Creating a self-documenting shared vocabulary with engineering.

  • Engineering Handoff & Collaborative QA

Delivering annotated specifications covering interactive states, loading, and edge cases. Running live design QA sessions with product and engineering to resolve discrepancies directly in deployed builds.
